Week 2 of my exercise plan!

Very quick update: I have slapped my inner lazy voice silly and kept to the plan! I am feeling great, have way more energy and this week I will be adding 20 minutes of strength training as well to get those muscles really working.  Oh also, I am trying my hand at indoor climbing this week and I have my first introductory class this coming Wednesday!  Looking forward to it and hopefully, I can actually pull my weight up the climbing surface without passing out.  Thankfully I don’t have a fear of heights … that I know of at least!

Well done! Glad you decided to add strength training to your program :-) What excercises are you doing? I want updates of weights and reps!!

I am not sure yet, TD is going to show me a set of exercises to do over the week so I will put up the update as soon as I found out! But I am looking forward to the muscles/toning indoor rock climbing is going to give me! :D

Hehe, it’s been a while since I posted - work and studies have been keeping me busy…but I think I am going to start up again :)
